Military expert Dandykin announced the low efficiency of the Ukrainian hybrid air defense system
Captain of the first rank of the reserve, military expert Vasily Dandykin in conversation with “Lentoy.ru” stated that the Ukrainian hybrid air defense system, assembled from Soviet and Western-made components, is ineffective.
According to Dandykin, this was all done not because of a good life, but because the rockets are running out. The expert pointed out that missiles were made not only in Ukraine, and mostly shells for air defense systems were produced in Russia. As the specialist noted, due to the shortage of weapons, the Ukrainian side “pulled up” and adapted NATO missiles for guides.
The expert emphasized that any hybrid is not good from the point of view of efficiency, and it is unlikely to save from attacks from the Russian Armed Forces. Dandykin suggested that such complexes may have problems with accuracy.
He added that these are different technologies, different approaches, and it is not a fact that the Ukrainians have a good installation. The expert clarified that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) do not have enough other Western systems that they are given, and it is very difficult to integrate it all into a single system.
