The press service of the Federal Tourism Agency distributed message head of the department Zarina Doguzova, which states that restrictions on travel abroad will not affect citizens who have not received a summons in connection with the partial mobilization being carried out in Russia.
“At the moment, if you have not received a summons, then you can travel abroad. We do not have information about any restrictive regulations at the federal level,” the department said.
The Federal Tourism Agency also added that for all detailed explanations and clarifications, citizens can contact the military registration and enlistment office to which they are assigned.
