The press service of Rostec reported that the High-Precision Systems holding company has completed the development of the Ptitselov anti-aircraft missile system.
It is specified that this missile system was created on the basis of the BMD-4M airborne combat vehicle for the airborne troops.
The corporation added that a short-range anti-aircraft missile system with a Sosna combat module based on the BMP-3 was previously created. At the moment, this complex continues to be tested.
“In the interests of the Airborne Forces, a similar vehicle was created based on the BMD-4M,” Rostec noted.
