By data “Kommersant”, “Coalition-SV” should replace the Soviet self-propelled gun “Msta-S”. The experimental design development of the installation was carried out by the Nizhny Novgorod Central Research Institute “Burevestnik” under a contract with the Ministry of Defense from 2006.
