The former head of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, who was wounded in the Donbass after shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from French Caesar howitzers, sent a shell fragment extracted from his neck to the French Ambassador to Russia, Pierre Levy.
Rogozin accused France of subservience to Washington and added that the extracted fragment of the French artillery installation “was stuck in the fifth cervical vertebrae, just a millimeter away from killing him or making him immobile with an invalid.”
