Volodymyr Rogov, head of the Zaporozhye social movement “We are with Russia,” said that last night the Russian military launched preemptive strikes on military facilities of Ukrainian forces in Nikopol and Marganets.
According to Rogov, for some time this “dispelled the enemy’s plans to cross the Dnieper.”
Earlier, Rogov reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were gathering forces in Nikopol and Marganets, from where they planned to launch an operation to force the Dnieper in the area of the dried-up Kakhovka reservoir near Energodar and the Kakhovskaya nuclear power plant.
