The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired at the military commandant’s office in Vasylivka, Zaporozhye region, informed in his Telegram channel, the chairman of the movement “We are with Russia” Vladimir Rogov.
“The arrival of a heavy man at the military commandant’s office, where there was a queue of local residents to receive passes for personal vehicles. There are wounded and dead,” he wrote.
Later he clarifiedthat there were at least four arrivals in a multi-storey residential building located next to the commandant’s office.
January 3 Interfax with reference to the administration of the Zaporozhye region informedthat the military commandant’s offices began issuing permits for cars needed to cross checkpoints. To obtain a pass, residents must contact the commandant’s office of one of the cities – Melitopol, Berdyansk, Tokmak or Vasilyevka.
On October 19, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the introduction of martial law in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DNR and LNR), Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
