A preemptive strike was dealt to the accumulation of forces and equipment of Ukrainian nationalists near the city of Orekhov, Zaporozhye region, said the head of the Zaporozhye public movement “We are together with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov.
“Tactical aviation carried out a preemptive strike on the places of accumulation of militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the concentration of their heavy equipment in the area of the city of Orekhov, located in the frontline zone,” he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Rogov announced a significant intensification of the armed formations of Ukraine in this direction on Saturday evening. According to him, Ukrainian nationalists attacked this area with large forces, involving a large number of armored vehicles.
On Saturday night, Rogov reported that, starting from three o’clock, Ukrainian troops had sharply increased the activity of offensive operations in the Zaporozhye direction. “Attack after attack began,” Rogov noted in his Telegram channel, adding that at 8 am the Armed Forces of Ukraine had already carried out at least three attacks. According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine threw new reserves into battle, but the Russian military from the 58th Army confidently holds the line and destroys the enemy.
