Rigla acquired the Ussuri pharmacy chain Pharm

The Rigla company (part of the group “Protek» Vadim Yakunin) acquired 99.99% in Pharm LLC, which operates a network of pharmacies in the Primorsky Territory. According to SPARK-Interfax, the deal was closed on August 15. It also says that the other 0.010% of the shares went directly to Protek.
Rigla CEO Alexander Filippov confirmed to Vedomosti that the company had indeed bought out the Pharm pharmacy chain in Ussuriysk. Now it includes 31 points, he explained. The new pharmacies will operate under the Zdravcity Apteka brand, Filippov added.
