A serviceman of the electronic intelligence unit of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation told RIA Novosti that Russian specialists in the Zaporozhye direction discovered that about 10% of intercepted enemy radio communications were conducted in foreign languages.
He noted that foreign speech is increasingly heard in radio intercepts, mainly in English, German and Czech, which indicates the presence of representatives from the United States, Great Britain, Germany and the Czech Republic. However, the predominant share, about 90%, is the Ukrainian language, conducted by the Ukrainian military.
In radio intercepts, it was possible to determine that “representatives of Western countries” are engaged in instructor activities and are directly involved in hostilities along with Ukrainian troops. However, it is not yet clear whether they are professional soldiers of Western countries or mercenaries, the soldier added.
He also noted that Polish speech prevails in this direction, and Polish military personnel are actively involved not only in the preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also in the battle itself, together with the assault detachments of the Ukrainian troops.
