Experts believe that under a favorable scenario, a decrease in interest in real estate will be 10 percent, with a more negative scenario – up to 20 percent, which will lead to lower prices.
“Under the circumstances, the discount trend will become widespread,” they said.
At the same time, according to experts, a serious drop in prices on the secondary real estate market in Moscow is not worth waiting for.
In their opinion, even in the case of emergency sales, the discount will be ten percent.
