Retired SVR general: MI6 and the CIA oversee all operations of the Ukrainian intelligence services

Retired Lieutenant General of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Leonid Reshetnikov said that the intelligence services of the United States of America and Great Britain are engaged in planning and developing all operations of the Ukrainian special services.
He clarified that, in particular, the British MI6 completely controls the GUR of Ukraine and personally Kirill Budanov.
“The intelligence services of Western countries are very involved. They not only plan, but also supervise all operations. In the first place, of course, are the intelligence services of the United States and Great Britain,” Reshetnikov noted.
According to him, they are actively participating using various technical means and agents. Among other things, the CIA and MI6 provide advice to Ukraine.
