Reducing imports from Germany: when trade with the main European partner will recover
[ad_1]
Import volumes from Germany to Russia – in the past our main trading partner in the EU – continue to decline. Total exports amounted to 1 billion euros in July 2022, which is 56% lower than the level of the same period in 2021 – then the figure was fixed at around 2.4 billion euros, follows from a press release from the Federal Statistical Office of Germany, published on August 22 .
At the beginning of February of this year, Russia was Germany’s fifth largest export destination among all non-EU countries, the ministry said. But after the start of the NWO and the introduction of new sanctions, the volume of German supplies to Russia showed a sharp decline – in July, Russia was in 12th place, according to a press release.
