The main owner of the PIK development group Sergey Gordeev agreed with the company “TPS Nedvizhimost”, co-owned by Lilia Rotenberg, on the sale of the Columbus shopping and entertainment center in the south of Moscow. About it informed RBC with reference to sources.

Columbus was opened in 2015. Its total area is 278,000 square meters. m, and rent – 135,000 sq. m. Now Columbus belongs to the Mirs company, 100% of which is the property of Sergey Gordeev. He is also the main shareholder of the PIK group, he owns a share of 59.3%.

It is specified that TPS Real Estate is owned by Lilia Rotenberg, the daughter of Arkady Rotenberg, as well as the trust of the families of Alexander Ponomarenko and Alexander Skorobogatko. Initially, 33.3% of the company belonged to Arkady Rotenberg, but in 2014 he fell under sanctions and transferred this share to his son Igor. In 2018, the latter also fell under sanctions and transferred a third of the company to Lilia Rotenberg.
