On June 3, the Black Sea Fleet is conducting training exercises for anti-submarine and sabotage support (APDO) crews on the Northern Pier, Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev said on his Telegram channel.
“Until 16.00, the fleet conducts training exercises for FPDO crews on the Northern Mole, including firing practice,” – wrote he, adding that the city has a calm atmosphere.
At the end of April, the Russian military stopped an attempt by Kyiv to attack the base of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol with three unmanned speedboats. As reported by the Ministry of Defense, all enemy boats were hit by PPDO forces.
In Crimea and Sevastopol, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely in effect. In addition, since October 19, 2022, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been set in the regions. The same regime operates in six more border regions of the Russian Federation – the Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Kursk, Voronezh, Bryansk and Rostov Regions.
