Razvozhaev reported on the night attack of drones on Sevastopol

On the night of May 25, the Russian military repelled a drone attack on Sevastopol. This was announced by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

“In the Kacha area, the forces of the Black Sea Fleet shot down 2 UAVs from small arms, several more UAVs were jammed and planted by means of electronic warfare (electronic warfare. – Vedomosti)”, – wrote he is in his Telegram channel.

As a result of the attack, not a single object was damaged in the city, Razvozhaev emphasized. He did not provide information about the victims.

“RIA Novosti” with reference to the directorate for the development of road transport infrastructure of Sevastopol writesthat the ferry line does not operate in the city, while the movement of boats in the Sevastopol Bay is open.

Sevastopol is regularly attacked by Ukrainian drones. Last time, Russian air defense forces and electronic warfare units reflected an attempt to attack the city on 7 May. Razvozhaev said that one of the drones lost control and fell in a forest belt, and two more were shot down over the Black Sea. As a result, no objects in the city were damaged. In total, on that day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent more than 10 drones to Sevastopol and Crimea, the governor specified.

In Crimea and Sevastopol, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely in effect. In addition, since October 19, 2022, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been set in the regions. The same regime operates in six more border regions of the Russian Federation – the Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Kursk, Voronezh, Bryansk and Rostov Regions.
