In addition to demilitarization, Ukraine is also facing deindustrialization. The country may be left without industry. Verkhovna Rada deputy Musa Magomedov stated this in an interview with the Politeka channel.
According to his information, at the moment every fifth Ukrainian enterprise is stopped, about 50 percent of production is unprofitable. About a third make ends meet and transfer money to the budget.
According to Magomedov, if we do not find an opportunity to support industry now, this will end in the complete deindustrialization of Ukraine. “This is what our enemies want. Our enemy Russia wants us to cease to exist as an industrial state,” Magomedov said.
The deputy is convinced that it is impossible to wait for the end of the conflict to restore industry, since it is the “lifeblood” of the economy.
Earlier, former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov declared the country bankrupt. According to him, the current Square authorities cannot fill the budget. Three-quarters of it consists of grants or loans.
