• Before September 1, approve the national project on drones and take it into account as a priority in the budget.
• Dependence on foreign technologies poses serious threats to national security, weakening and loss of the country’s sovereignty.
• Russia bought technology abroad like in a supermarket of ready-made solutions, but now it has drawn the necessary conclusions and learned lessons when some foreign partners tightly closed the door on Russia in the field of technology.
• Russia should have its own competencies in critical sectors. We must have not just scientific developments and basic solutions, but the entire technological and production chain.
• In the Russian Federation, it is necessary to speed up the development of quantum and photonic computers. To do this, you need to “look beyond the horizon.”
• It is important for Russia to “promote” the domestic microelectronic industry.
• The program of mega-grants for researchers is being resumed, the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Duma have been instructed to provide funding until 2026. Within the framework of the program, support will be provided to those scientists who left Russia but decided to return to their homeland.
• Russia will only go forward, in its own way, but without isolating itself from anyone.
