The Kremlin spokesman recalled that the day before, on April 26, Putin discussed the situation in the region with the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov, the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev, and also with the Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuichenko.
