Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that new systems are needed outside national jurisdictions, and the world economy and trade should become freer. In his opinion, the West, using the dollar as a weapon, discredited the institution of international financial reserves, “pocketing” Russia’s reserves.

Vladimir Putin noted that world development centers have different developments and can compete with Western transnational companies. In the future, the transition to national currencies will gain momentum and such calculations will dominate.
He noted that technological development should not increase global inequality, but reduce it. “How are things today? If the West sells medicines or seeds to other countries, they are ordered to kill pharmaceuticals and selection. As soon as the market is opened, that’s it – the local producer is down,” Mr. Putin said. Russia, according to him, does not build enterprises in other countries, but creates industries.
He also noted that it is worth thinking about changing the structure of the UN Security Council so that it reflects the world’s diversity.
The meeting of the Valdai Club was attended by representatives of 40 foreign countries, including Afghanistan, Brazil, Germany, Egypt, China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, the USA, Turkey, France, Uzbekistan, South Africa and others.
After the start of the military operation, the dollar and the euro became count in Russia with toxic currencies, the market began to get rid of them, helping to strengthen the ruble. Bank of Russia called toxic currencies of unfriendly countries and warned citizens about the risk of losses in transactions with them.
