Russian President Vladimir Putin came to Kaliningrad to the schoolchildren – winners of olympiads and competitions in the field of culture, art, science and sports. He started his open lesson “Talk about important things” with a joke, but then switched to discussing serious topics.
“Remember this joke? Chewing your food thoroughly, you help society,” the head of state reminded the children.
He noted that in this joke there is a share of a serious component.
According to Putin, this also applies to playing sports and strengthening one’s health.
The President explained that it’s not just that “you spend less money on pills and medicines,” but that you become more energetic, more grippy, more efficient.
“It helps to be successful.”
