The draft law on the denunciation of the treaty was submitted to the State Duma by the president on May 24. The explanatory note stated that Ukraine withdrew from this agreement on March 25. On June 1, the State Duma immediately denounced the treaty in three readings. In the Kremlin, the need to denounce the treaty explained the fact that the Sea of \u200b\u200bAzov became inland.
