Putin signed a law obliging schools to display the Russian flag at all times

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law according to which kindergartens, schools, colleges and universities will be required to install the Russian national flag on the building and on the territory belonging to the institution.
The requirement to constantly display the Russian flag will be in effect from September 1, 2024.
The law was published on official Internet portal of legal information. Before signing by the president, it was approved by the State Duma and the Federation Council.
