There are no factors that could trigger a new partial mobilization in Russia, President Vladimir Putin said at a press conference in Bishkek.
“There are no such factors today, they are not visible,” he told reporters on Friday, answering a related question (quote according to TASS).
The head of state also explained what his phrase about the “long process of NWO” means. “I meant the duration of the settlement process. SVO is on its way. Everything is stable there, there are no questions or problems there today. But the settlement process as a whole will probably not be easy and will require some time,” he added.
Earlier, speaking about a new possible wave of mobilization, the head of state emphasized that there was no point in talking about this, there is no need for the country and the Ministry of Defense today.
Partial mobilization in Russia went on from September 21 to the end of October. During this time, according to the Ministry of Defense, 300,000 military personnel were called up. On October 31, the Ministry of Defense announced the final completion of all activities within the framework of the call for partial mobilization, including the issuance of subpoenas. Later, this was confirmed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, emphasizing that “the end has been put in this issue.”
At the same time, no additional documents on the completion of partial mobilization in Russia were signed by the head of state. Putin promised to discuss this issue with lawyers, noting that he did not think about the need to sign a separate decree on the completion of partial mobilization. Later, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that this document was not needed. According to him, such a conclusion was made by the state legal department of the presidential administration.
