According to Putin, Russia values ”historically strong, friendly” ties with the states of Latin America, Asia and Africa. “We are ready to offer our allies and partners the most modern types of weapons, from small arms to armored vehicles and artillery, military aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles,” Putin added.
According to the President, through the development of military-technical cooperation, the pooling of efforts and potentials, Russia and its partners will be able to ensure reliable security and stability both for themselves and for the world as a whole.
At the end of July, Putin announced that a new era was dawning in world history, in which only sovereign states would be able to ensure growth dynamics. According to him, the idea of the total dominance of the “golden billion” is racist and neo-colonial in nature, it is based on the illusion of exclusivity and divides peoples into first and second grade. The globalist, allegedly liberal ideology underlying such a model takes on the features of totalitarianism and restrains free historical creation, Putin added.
