Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment of Alexei Popov as Russian Ambassador to Guinea. Decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“Appoint Popov Alexei Vladimirovich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Guinea,” follows from the text of the document. Popov will replace Vadim Razumovsky, who also released from the duties of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Sierra Leone. Razumovsky has been the Russian Ambassador to Guinea and Sierra Leone concurrently since 2019.
