Putin promised to identify and punish everyone involved in the terrorist attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed Russians in connection with the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. He stated that all those involved would be found and punished.
“All the perpetrators, organizers and customers of this crime will suffer fair and inevitable punishment, no matter who they are. We will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists,” Putin said.
He added that Russia knows what the threat of terrorism is and looks forward to interacting with all countries that share this pain. He also said that terrorists and non-humans have no nationality and only one fate awaits them – retribution.
According to the Investigative Committee, 115 people died as a result of the terrorist attack. The Moscow Region Ministry of Health published a list of 41 identified. The media write that more than 140 deaths are already known.
