Putin made changes to the composition of the State Council

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which changes are made to the composition of the State Council. The document is posted on the portal of legal information.
According to the decree, the State Council includes the governors of Vladimir, Saratov, Yaroslavl, Tomsk, Tambov, Ryazan and Kirov regions – Alexander Avdeev, Roman Busargin, Mikhail Evraev, Vladimir Mazur, Maxim Egorov, Pavel Malkov, Alexander Sokolov. Also in the State Council will be the head of Mari El, Yuri Zaitsev, the head of the city district of Samara, Elena Lapushkina, and the head of Belogorsk, Amur Region, Stanislav Melyukov.
The head of Tyumen, Ruslan Kukharuk, and the head of the Tula municipality, Uzlovsky district, Marina Kartashova, were expelled from the structure.
