When organizing terrorist attacks and sabotage on the territory of Russia, Ukraine uses the potential of Western intelligence services, declared Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Security Council on ensuring law and order and public security in new regions.
According to him, the Ukrainian side shells cities and towns in new Russian regions, and also regularly carries out terrorist attacks against Russian law enforcement officers, government officials, journalists, social activists, etc.
“Moreover, neo-Nazis and their accomplices operate not only on the territory of new subjects, but also commit crimes in other regions. There is every reason to believe that the potential of third countries, Western intelligence services is involved in the preparation of such sabotage and terrorist attacks,” Putin said.
On the evening of April 2, a terrorist attack took place in the Patriot bar on St. Petersburg’s Universitetskaya Embankment, where a recital was held by war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin). As a result, Tatarsky died. Suspected Daria Trepova was detained on April 3, and on April 4 she sent under arrest.
She is charged with committing crimes under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 205, part 4 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a terrorist attack committed by an organized group that resulted in the deliberate infliction of death on a person; illegal carrying of explosive devices committed by an organized group). The National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) accused Ukraine’s special services and agents from among the FBK supporters of involvement in the terrorist attack (recognized as an extremist organization and banned, foreign agent, liquidated).
