Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian Aerospace Forces to patrol the Black Sea. He said this at a press conference in Beijing after negotiations with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.
This decision was made because of American aircraft carriers.
According to Putin, aircraft equipped with the Kinzhal system will patrol the territory on a permanent basis.
