Official salaries are increased for judges of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, federal courts of general jurisdiction, federal arbitration courts, as well as magistrates of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The government has been instructed to ensure financing of expenses related to the decree. The document comes into force on the date of signing (October 5), but applies to legal relations that arose from October 1.
