Mr. Vasiliev, in turn, noted the work of his colleagues in the convocation and stressed that the United Russia and other Duma factions are in “respectful relations.” “We adopted 20 basic laws unanimously, together, which were such forming ones,” the parliamentarian said.

The key guidelines, according to Mr. Vasiliev, were set directly by the head of state in his message to the Federal Assembly. The parliamentarian noted the progress in work on bills on the integration of new territories, support for participants in the military operation in Ukraine and their families, employment of the population, legal protection of entrepreneurs, tourism, etc.

Also, Mr. Vasiliev drew the head of state’s attention to “mechanisms for a more effective solution of problems” in terms of monitoring the execution of government instructions and spending budget funds. The parliamentarian noted the work of the chairman of the relevant committee, Oleg Morozov. “Earlier, the Accounts Chamber gave us the results once a year – and there’s nothing to be done, we need to include repressive measures, but here we agreed that every quarter, that is, we now get a clear picture on each object of the program, and these are schools, hospitals, FAPs – everything is very important, the very thing, for people, ”the head of the United Russia faction pointed out.

In addition, Mr. Vasilyev informed the head of state about the requests of the faction and the party addressed to the government. “There are literally a few questions like that just to keep in mind. The government understands and supports us, but I cannot but inform you,” said the head of the United Russia faction.

Thus, the parliamentarian asked the president to support the project on the repair of specialized secondary schools, created by analogy with the project on the repair of educational institutions. In addition, the head of the faction pointed to the need to allocate another 10.1 billion rubles. on the program of preferential state provision of drugs for cardiovascular diseases. “According to experts, it will allow up to 32,000 deaths in working age to be prevented in this medicinal way,” explained Mr. Vasiliev. The President promised to pay attention to both initiatives.
