The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin put a deuce to the governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov during the opening ceremony of new educational institutions in the Russian regions. Vorobyov received a bad mark because of a hint to a schoolgirl with whom Putin was talking.
The President took part in the event via video link. He asked one of the girls how her first day at school was and what she liked.
“It’s fun and cool,” said the girl.
“Friends,” Vorobyov gave a hint.
“That’s where those who tell me get a deuce,” Putin replied. However, he added that the clue was correct.
Putin also wished the girl and other first-graders to be successful, enjoy what they do and seek recognition in the interests of the family and the country.
