Russian companies, despite sanctions, are developing and need to be supported, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at an extended meeting of the board of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia. He said that hostile actions against Russian projects are delaying the implementation deadlines, but everything will be done.

The President said that despite the fact that Russian companies “face illegal sanctions and unfair competition,” they are still actively developing. “Yes, this pushes a little, as we say in such cases, to the right the implementation of these projects. But everything will certainly be done anyway. And, of course, your support here for the country’s economy and our development is extremely important,” said Vladimir Putin.

According to the president, new sanctions require additional efforts from the state. He emphasized that he had already discussed plans for the implementation of individual large projects with the government.
