Putin Appoints Alyautdinov Permanent Representative to UNESCO

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed a new Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to UNESCO. The place of Alexander Kuznetsov will now be taken by Rinat Alyautdinov, informs legal information portal.
Prior to his appointment to a new position, Alyautdinov was the director of the department for humanitarian cooperation and human rights of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that the new subjects of the Russian Federation should be included in national projects as soon as possible. Putin clarified that national projects in the Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions should be provided financially.
Work in this direction is being carried out by the Government, however, according to Putin, it must be completed as soon as possible and key performance indicators for the development of new regions of the Russian Federation should be set for the current year.
