Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree establishing the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Military Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation. According to the document, Dmitry Medvedev will take this position.
The decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
It also follows from the document that instead of the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Igor Artemyev, one of the members of the commission will be the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov.
Dmitry Medvedev is Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Both the Security Council and the Military-Industrial Commission are headed by Vladimir Putin
