Putin announced attempts to rock Russia from within with events in Dagestan

With the events in Dagestan, “overseas figures” wanted to rock Russia from within. Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about this at a meeting with members of the new Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on the eve of National Unity Day.
Putin stressed that this is absolutely unacceptable in a multinational country. In his opinion, against the backdrop of world events, “it’s easy to throw a spark.”
“When you look at the suffering, bloodied children, your fists clench and tears well up in your eyes. This, it seems to me, is the reaction of any normal person. If there is no such reaction, then the person does not have a heart, it is made of stone,” the president explained.
At the same time, the head of state is confident that all current events must be perceived with a clear head, understanding where the true “root of evil” is located. He recalled that calls for unrest through social networks were “thrown in” by people who live abroad, including in Ukraine.
In this regard, Putin expressed surprise at the position of “overseas figures” who, on the one hand, “support the Jews of Israel,” and on the other, “with the hands of their agents from Ukraine, they are trying to organize Jewish pogroms in our country.”
“Well, just incredible disgusting. This is no longer double standards. I don’t even know what to call it. Some kind of distortion of consciousness. This suggests that in fact they are most likely pursuing their own interests rather than the interests of some third peoples and third countries. In this case, the interest is in fighting Russia and building up Russia from within,” the president explained.
On October 29, a crowd of activists burst into Makhachkala airport as a flight from Israel arrived. The damage to Makhachkala airport after the riots was estimated at 285 million rubles. Airport operations were suspended until midday on October 30. After the end of the riots, 83 participants were detained, 15 people arrested. Putin said that the events in Makhachkala were inspired from abroad, including with the participation of the Ukrainian special services and their Western patrons.
