Russian President Vladimir Putin announced additional anti-terrorism measures in Russia.
“In Moscow and the Moscow region, in all regions of the country, additional anti-terrorist and anti-sabotage measures have been introduced. The main thing now is to prevent those who are behind this bloody massacre from committing a new crime,” he said during his address in connection with the terrorist attack.
He also promised to identify and punish everyone involved in the terrorist attack and called on all countries of solidarity to provide assistance in the fight against terrorism.
According to the Investigative Committee, 115 people died as a result of the terrorist attack. The Moscow Region Ministry of Health published a list of 41 identified. The media write that more than 140 deaths are already known.
