According to Biden, then he “wished Moscow success” and also gave advice to look at Iran as a “new friend” if the option with Beijing was unsuccessful.
“Russia succeeded with both Iran and China. In the US, this is now called the main challenge for America. They themselves advised – they themselves created such a challenge, ”concluded Pushkov.
As a result of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to Russia, which ended this week, documents were signed expanding strategic cooperation between the countries.
