Pushkov saw a sign of an “irreconcilable” split in the United States

Member of the Federation Council Alexei Pushkov commented on the conflict that arose between Apple and the owner of the social network Twitter Elon Musk.

Pushkov wrote on his Telegram channel that Musk seemed to be in a serious fight with liberals over Twitter’s new policy.

“It doesn’t matter what the outcome of this fight will be. It is important in itself as the first case of a split in the hitherto one-dimensional environment of global network platforms, where only an ultra-liberal type of worldview was allowed, and all other views and positions fell into the ban,” he explained. adding that such a split shows the disengagement in the United States “into two irreconcilable camps.”

Earlier, Musk criticized Apple for refusing to advertise on Twitter, suggesting that it “hates freedom of speech in America.”
