Remchukov recalled that the headquarters was created in 2013. Since then, the headquarters has been formed 12 times to monitor the elections.

Elections for the post of mayor of Moscow will be held in the capital on 8, 9 and 10 September. It will be possible to take part in them both by remote voting and at the polling station.
