“These are empty statements about the territorial claims of Latvia and Estonia, which, by the way, no one was able to draw up, because there were no grounds for this, and the massive, targeted issuance of EU passports to residents of border areas – we all understand well what this is for. is being done in the border areas,” the governor said.

Vedernikov also said that cell towers were being installed with violations in the border zone, due to which international roaming was automatically turned on for residents. In addition, “destructive public structures” were widely funded, which, according to the head of the region, took part in an attempted coup in Belarus. In addition, “grants were generously distributed, sects, various non-profit foundations grew by leaps and bounds, foreign agents freely conducted their activities.”
