Protesters clash with police in Paris

Numerous demonstrations demanding higher wages and an end to price increases are taking place in the French capital, Paris. Thousands of people take part in it.
The action began at 15:30 Moscow time, on the square of Italy. Workers and employees of enterprises of the energy sector, the transport and logistics industry, the food industry, trade, education, and healthcare came to participate in it. They demand higher wages and pensions and better working conditions.
In addition to trade unions, activists of the Yellow Vests opposition movement, representatives of left-wing radical and communist youth organizations, anarchists from the Black Bloc take part in the demonstration. The latter build barricades, clash with members of the police special forces.
Radicals smash shop windows in the rally area, set fire to rubbish bins. They throw stones, glass bottles and smoke bombs at the police. Police special forces soldiers are forced to use tear gas.
