According to the Hill newspaper, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal announced the start of Ukraine’s counter-offensive in the summer of 2023.
At the same time, the Ukrainian prime minister stressed that Kyiv does not experience pressure on this issue from Western partners.
“We do not feel pressure from our friends and partners in connection with the start of the offensive … To go on the counteroffensive, you need to be 100 percent or even more ready for this,” Shmygal said.
