Prigozhin said that the fighters of PMC “Wagner” destroyed 38,000 Ukrainian soldiers

Units of PMC “Wagner” during a special military operation destroyed 38,000 people fighting on the Ukrainian side, said the founder of PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin. According to him, 32,000 of them are in Soledar, Artemovsk (the Ukrainian name is Bakhmut) and the surrounding area during the blockade of the last city.

“Now about the dead and wounded. We entered into hostilities on March 19, 2022. From the first day of hostilities to the present day, our estimate for the destroyed enemy (by Wagner PMC units) is only a load of 200, that is, for dead (irretrievable losses) – 38,000 people. Of which 32,000 people fall on Bakhmut, Soledar and the surrounding area during the blocking of Bakhmut, ”- quotes Prigozhin, his press service in the Telegram channel. Thus, he answered the question about the data on the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine contained in the supposedly secret Pentagon documents leaked to the network.

At the same time, the department drew attention to the fact that the detachments of PMC “Wagner” continued to oust the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the center of Artemovsk. In this they are assisted by airborne detachments, which block the transfer of reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the flanks. Over the past 24 hours, the Russian Aerospace Forces have completed 57 fire missions.

The Ministry of Defense also reported that in a day the Russian army destroyed up to 80 Ukrainian servicemen in the Krasnolymansky direction, in the Kupyansky direction, the enemy’s losses amounted to more than 35 military personnel, and up to 35 in the Kherson direction.
