Yevgeny Prigozhin, the owner of the Concorde group and the Wagner PMC, asked law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Health to check the work of the Luhansk morgue, which, for unknown reasons, is delaying the release of the bodies of the soldiers who died in the NVO zone. Death documents are sometimes received within three to four months, he said.
“As we see, those responsible for issuing documents for our killed comrades have been resting since the beginning of hostilities. For many of them, a killed fighter is an inanimate thing in a plastic bag, so in the Lugansk morgue we are faced with complete misunderstanding, ”Prigozhin emphasized.
He added that on this situation, he appealed in writing to the leaders of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, so that they would check possible facts of sabotage and negligence in working with the dead by the Lugansk morgue.
