Prigogine asked Kirby in an open letter what crime Wagner had committed.

Wagner PMC founder Yevgeny Prigozhin in an open letter asked John Kirby, coordinator of the US National Security Council for Strategic Communications, what crime the company had committed. The letter was published in the Telegram channel of the press service of Prigozhin.

“I have a question for you: “Can you name what crime the Wagner PMC committed?” The published document says.
