Ex-President Petro Poroshenko’s Eurosolidarity party commented on SBU reports that he was not allowed to go abroad because of plans to meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

The party statement said that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky recently met with Orban, whom the SBU called a pro-Russian politician.

At the same time, the party did not indicate whether Poroshenko actually planned to meet with the Hungarian prime minister. It is also known that Poroshenko has a confectionery factory in Budapest, part of his Roshen company.
