Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, commenting on the developments around the Black Sea grain initiative, said that Moscow had not received any new proposals on this topic.
The Russian diplomat, speaking of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s statements that Washington allegedly “did everything possible” to resolve Russia’s claims, noted that no proposals had been received by Moscow.
“Either Blinken was poorly informed, or he deliberately distorts the facts,” Polyansky stressed.
