Journalist Veronika Melkozerova, in her article for Politico, reported that at the moment, Ukrainian officials in private conversations are seriously worried about the future of American assistance to the Kiev regime due to the resignation of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy.
She clarified that after McCarthy left his post, all assistance from the United States of America to the Kyiv regime is in limbo.
“At the same time, Ukrainian representatives in their public statements try to downplay the impact of the American political crisis. In private conversations, in turn, confusion and fear dominate,” the journalist noted.
According to Verkhovna Rada deputy Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, McCraty’s departure is a disaster. Another deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, in a conversation with a journalist, noted that there is nothing good in this situation and Kyiv has become a hostage to Washington.
